We are working with government organizations and their agencies, LinkedIn Training resources, and Government of Alberta Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services Disability Support Programs, Training resources.

 

Crowd Security Campaign Foundation (CSCF) Training and Job Placement for People with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) projects will:

 

• Offer LinkedIn Learning courses on skill development to people disabilities;

• Offer coaching, mentoring and workshop series to volunteers, workplace staff members, and disability families, with a focus on social, communication and job skill development;

• Offer project implementation support, such as workshops on Disability Awareness, Autism Spectrum, Accessibility accommodation at study/workplace, creating welcoming and non-judgmental environment, mentors at the workplace/volunteer place for our clients;

• Provide Community volunteer experience to PDD, cultivate their potential areas of interest for future employment;

• Prepare Internship and job placement opportunities.
